Resin and Seed Beads

I tried to make a bezel with seed beads for a piece of bezel.

Here is my first try, free hand.  It was not really succesful:

Here is my piece of resin.  It is two halves that was put together:
So, as the free hand seed beads beading was not working, I turned to my loom for seed beads:

This is when I glued the loomed seed beads to the resin.  The extra lenght of sead bead is for the loop to insert a chain:

Here is the finished product:
I could not use a thread and needle to close the extra lenght of sead beads  The glue had infiltrated into the holes of the seed beads that was glued to the resin part.  So, I have glued the extremity of the seed beads and glued it to the rest.  I guest it will not be secure, in the long run.

Well, it was definitively an learning experience.  Next time, I will probably use a different thread for beading the seed beads. I will also close the extra part of the seed beads with thread and needle before glueing the seed beads to the resin.  It will be another experiement and I am curious to see if it will be more successful.  I don't deny that this project looks good.  It is worth to tweak this project a bit more toward perfection.
